Dr. Prince Rajamanickam is a physician with specialised training in geriatric and family medicine, dedicated to supporting the healthcare needs of senior citizens in Coonoor and the Nilgiris region. He completed his MBBS from Coimbatore Medical College, followed by a Diploma in Geriatric Care from KMM Academy of Health Sciences, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine from CMC Vellore. Currently serving as the Medical Superintendent at Sagayamatha Hospital, Coonoor, he brings strong clinical leadership along with hands-on experience in managing chronic illnesses, age-related conditions, preventive care, and coordinated long-term treatment for older adults. His approach focuses on continuity of care, early intervention, and practical treatment plans that help seniors remain safe and comfortable at home. He works closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare coordinators to ensure timely referrals, medication oversight, and holistic support for ageing patients.

Dr. Titus George is a highly experienced dental surgeon serving the Coonoor and Nilgiris community for over 30 years. Practising at ABDA Multispeciality Dental Care Centre, he provides compassionate and practical dental solutions tailored to the needs of older adults.

With specialised training in dental implants and prosthetic rehabilitation, Dr. Titus George supports senior citizens with services such as dentures, implant-supported restorations, crown and bridge work, and routine oral health maintenance — helping them maintain comfort, nutrition, and quality of life.

Known for his gentle approach and clear guidance, he understands the unique challenges faced by elderly patients, including mobility limitations, long-term medical conditions, and the need for durable, low-maintenance dental care. His patient-centred philosophy aligns with coordinated senior-care models that focus on dignity, safety, and continuity of care.

Through collaboration with caregivers and healthcare coordinators, Dr. Titus George plays an important role in supporting holistic ageing-at-home care across the Nilgiris region.

Gp Capt Donald Lazarus (Retd.) His professional background reflects strong expertise in systems management, multidisciplinary coordination, and maintaining high standards of safety and accountability.

Dr. Sujith Varghese Thomas

Senior Advisor – Healthcare Strategy & Compassionate Care

Dr. Sujith Varghese Thomas serves as a valued advisor to Amazing Grace Enterprise, bringing a rare blend of clinical expertise, mission hospital leadership, and leadership development experience that strengthens the organisation’s vision of compassionate, coordinated care for senior citizens.

He completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Christian Medical College, Vellore, and began his career as a Consultant in the Department of Colorectal Surgery at CMC. His early clinical training provided a strong foundation in evidence-based care, multidisciplinary coordination, and patient-centred practice.

Dr. Sujith went on to lead the revival of the nearly-closed, 100-year-old Broadwell Christian Hospital in Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, serving as Director and Medical Superintendent for over a decade. In this role, he rebuilt systems, strengthened community trust, and delivered comprehensive rural healthcare. Alongside surgery and administration, he contributed across multiple specialties including obstetrics and gynaecology, pediatrics and neonatology, general medicine, anaesthesia, endoscopy, and ultrasonology — experience that uniquely informs integrated elder-care models.

He later served as Consultant Surgeon at Kotagiri Medical Fellowship Hospital (KMF) in the Nilgiris, where his understanding of hill-region healthcare realities and mission-driven service further deepened.

Responding to a call toward leadership formation and spiritual ministry, Dr. Thomas completed a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California. He currently serves as India Director of Development Associates Initiative International (DAI), focusing on developing leaders, strengthening organisations, and teaching across diverse ministry contexts.

Within Amazing Grace Enterprise, his guidance supports: Ethical and compassionate care frameworks / Mission-aligned healthcare coordination models / Community-based elder support systems / Leadership mentoring for caregivers and staff / Integration of medical wisdom with holistic wellbeing.

Dr. Sunitha Varghese serves as an Advisor to Amazing Grace Enterprise, bringing more than twenty years of distinguished experience in public health, community-based care, and health-systems strengthening across India. A graduate of Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore (MBBS, MD – Community Health), she has devoted her career to advancing equitable healthcare, with particular emphasis on vulnerable and underserved communities.

Her leadership at Broadwell Christian Hospital saw the development of integrated community outreach and the establishment of a pioneering home-based palliative care initiative, reflecting a deep commitment to dignity, continuity, and compassionate support for individuals living with chronic and age-related conditions. She has also held strategic roles with the Emmanuel Hospital Association, guiding multi-regional programs and contributing to the strengthening of community health practice and partnerships. Her academic and research engagement at CMC Vellore further grounds her work in thoughtful, evidence-informed approaches to care.

In her advisory role with Amazing Grace Enterprise, Dr. Varghese offers strategic insight into ethical care coordination, geriatric and supportive care pathways, and the nurturing of trusted networks that connect senior citizens with reliable professionals and services. Her guidance supports the organisation’s vision of providing reassurance to families, particularly when loved ones live at a distance, while upholding dignity, safety, and continuity of care for older adults at home.

A recipient of the CMC Motto Award and multiple recognitions from the Emmanuel Hospital Association, Dr. Varghese is widely respected for her integrity, compassion, and commitment to holistic wellbeing. Mr. Javerilal Parekh is a distinguished business leader and respected community elder who serves as a Senior Advisor to Amazing Grace Enterprise (AGE). Bringing decades of wisdom and a deep-rooted commitment to social welfare, he provides strategic guidance to ensure AGE’s elderly care services are delivered with the highest levels of trust, integrity, and cultural sensitivity for families in the Nilgiris.His journey of leadership began with a solid educational foundation, having completed his schooling at Breeks Memorial School in Ooty followed by his B.Com from Government Arts College. During his youth, Mr. Javerilal Parekh was a prominent student leader, serving as the School Pupil Leader and later as the College Student Union President, where he developed the foundational skills in mediation and community advocacy that would define his later career.Professionally, Mr. Javerilal Parekh built a legacy of operational excellence across diverse industries, including dairy, logistics, and healthcare distribution. He successfully managed the Nilgiris Co-operative Milk Society for many years and led a prominent logistics enterprise. Furthermore, his tenure as a wholesale distributor for leading pharmaceutical corporations provided him with deep insights into the healthcare supply chain and the essential needs of the medical community.Beyond his commercial success, Mr. Javerilal Parekh is a dedicated philanthropist and a long-standing member of the Rotary Club, where he has spearheaded numerous community service initiatives. His extensive local network and experience as a community mediator are invaluable to his advisory role at AGE, where he helps bridge the gap between healthcare services and the families who rely on them for dignified ageing-at-home support.

He possesses strong expertise in the deployment and management of essential medical equipment, including ventilators, BiPAP systems, oxygen support units, patient monitors, and surgical supplies. His approach is highly collaborative — working closely with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure the right equipment is used effectively based on patient needs.

Mr. Shanthosh maintains professional relationships with leading multi-specialty hospitals and is known for his 24/7 availability and rapid response during emergencies. He also oversees ambulance coordination and patient transfer logistics, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

In addition to his advisory role, he serves as the Managing Director of Vaarun Surgicals, Coimbatore, bringing strong industry connections and operational expertise to the AGE ecosystem.
